There are a lot of cons here: 1. The long working hours, which expect you to be available on Saturdays and Sundays too 2. Unpredictable work given at any time You will be basically supporting them at around 1 am to 2 am just because of work priorities. And how common it has become, you will realize it is how toxic it really is.
