Pros
There is no word called Pros in Locus it is filthy one man show company in the world all fake company. They don't have any own projects .they just hang around old projects which is non existent. So called MD will always look into outsource employees for different client and make easy money out of employees. He is not bothered about paying alliance,salary or any other benefits to employees.if employees ask for conveyance,perdiem he will harass you and may even take you to police station and file false complaint against employees.
Cons
No Salary, you have to say yes always to MD even though he is wrong, important is he will take original certificates and marks sheets from employees so they cannot leave company at their wish. You will be at MDs mercy to leave company . Be ready to sign employment bond for 2 years if you break just pay him 1.5 lakhs to 2 lakhs to just relieved from company. Many employees have paid amount and left just to get out of this place. There is no leaves given all leaves will be deducted get ready to work for 12_13 hours a day and get unusual requests from MD with short deadlines. No support given there is no HR existing there if there they don't have any knowledge they act as MD says.
