Pros
The benefits are pretty good. They match your 401k and provide good health insurance at a reasonable price.
My boss is understanding when it comes to having personal problems and needing to rearrange scheduling, etc.
Cons
-Too much politics! It doesn't matter how long you've worked here or how hard you work, 1) you will not get recognition for the work that you do (unless you have a friendly relationship with your boss). 2) If the managers don't personally like you, they will find a reason to let you go.
-Even if you don't do much work, as long as you are friends with your boss you can get away with anything.
-The employees are not valued. Takes advantage of employees/underpay employees. Company morale is VERY low due to this.
-HR doesn't take any action when you report a problem to them.
-They keep employees in the dark. No one has any idea what is going on with the company until it is time for the yearly meeting (and even then they don't tell the whole truth)
-It's like high school at Locus. No one can approach a person face to face. Even managers talk to coworkers and subordinates about other coworkers. (Highly inappropriate!)
-Management doesn't plan a strategy to move this company forward. They try to fix the problem after something happens and even then they fail.
-This company has slowly been falling apart since around 2013.
