Pros
Unlimited PTO and a lot of snacks when we had an office space, mentor relationships are helpful
Cons
Because the firm is so small and has downsized drastically, the more junior staff are given internal projects and are criticized based on how we write an email. The mid-level associate staff are overworked and those are are still at the firm were picked as favorites from the beginning. The quality of the current staff are incredibly impressive and are good people. COO does not know what she is doing, she manipulates the CEO and managing director. HR claims to offer good bonuses, however the amount given does not make up for the market underpaid salary for each position.
