Poor Management and stressful enviornment - Opthalmic Technician Loden Vision Employee Review

The workplace itself was toxic and unwelcoming to new employees. Clinic was way too big and was run like a factory. Patient load was way too much for the amount of staff they had. No communication from those in charge to other supporting employees and management definitely has favorites. Was a very cliquey workplace, and those who are in those cliques didn’t really do much to support the team.
