Pros
Loden has treated me really well. Just like any company, it has its ups and downs, but overall the management and the way things are handled are great, as well as great benefits and great pay.
Cons
They cut hours a lot - you’ll show up for your shift and they have too many so they force someone to go home and then you lose a whole day or have to use PTO.
