Pros
Despite that it was my first ever experience in the luxury retail industry, my full time colleagues were super friendly and supportive. Guided me throughout my 6 months time and I've definitely improved my interpersonal skills.
Cons
To be honest, not much cons that I can think of. Only sometimes long working hour where you have to cover someone else's shift.
