Pros

The technology and tests are top of the line.

Cons

The new owner is a disaster. I would NEVER come here as a patient now that he runs the place. Nearly 20 out of 30 people have left of their own accord because he is so bad at what he does.

Pros

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. I have also been able to learn so much about our eyes and how they work!

Cons

I have only been here for a few weeks, but in that amount of time I haven't found any cons of working here.

Monday-Friday schedule, Closed on weekends

Cons

The company is so chaotic with its decisions from the management team. It is a struggle not to go home depressed on a daily basis. You are treated like you are a means to an end and not given the tools you need to succeed. These tools for succeeding are promised, but as like everything else you hear is just lip service and nothing from the management team and main doctor will ever be done or dealt with. The main owner and doctor will treat patients great to their face, but the actual care and preparation for their surgeries they get behind closed doors is terrible and makes you not want to work for the company. Advice to the doctor and management team are not warranted and any feedback is not wanted and retaliation and bad treatment will follow. The company gets letters constantly from being behind on bills and not paying things. Bad business decisions make it hard to pay all the bills.
