Pros

I’ve been here three years and it’s always felt like the right place for me. Leadership is approachable and genuinely listens, the team is one of the best parts of working here. People are quick to help and make tough projects more manageable.

Cons

No job is perfect, but I don’t have any major complaints. Sometimes things move fast and priority shift but thats the mortgage industry, and leadership is always transparent about why.
