      The marketing staff is in high demand at LSD, they have to work around the clock to superficially boost reviews of the company. Job security.

      Cons

      Management would rather put their marketing staff to work on fabricating false positive reviews, than to actually evaluate their management strategy and make improvements. These positive reviews are as fake as the smiles that greet you on the faces of upper level management.
