      Very less package to employees for what they up to. Entry level employees getting paid very less.

      Pros

      Good place for freshers to learn but keep in mind that u will be paid pennies. No work pressure from management.

      Cons

      Very low pay without cab facility for night shifts. No medical insurance or any such kind of facility which is essential.
