Some how Logic Corporation does have good clients

They only hire you on a 1099 corp-to-corp basis on a NET 30 with monthly invoicing. The only employee in Logic Corporation is the CEO, Meryl Bernstein. I worked for Logic Corporation for 7 months and was only paid for the first 4 months. Only the first invoice was paid on time. The next one was 30 days late and the next two where over 60 days late. I was lucky to get 4 months of pay before the lies started about why she could not pay me, even though the client paid her for my work. They usually don't pay you after 2 or 3 invoices. Meryl Bernstein, the CEO of Logic Corporation, will start giving you all kinds of excuses to keep you working and putting in billable hours. Then she gets your money and will never pay you. Just search google for "Meryl Bernstein Logic Corporation" there are sites dedicated to telling everyone about her.

during the interview process, the recruiters were reachable, friendly, the CEO even would reach out.

Logic System is a fraudulent, I have worked for Logic as a contractor for 7 months but was only compensated for 1 months. The CEO would make all of the excuses in the world, ex; her son is sick , therefor, she couldn't send your salary because she had to care for him, ex; something must of went wrong at the bank. All of the excuses meanwhile those who have been a victim suffer emotionally and financially. Now adays, it is impossible to reach the CEO or anyone in their "office". It has been close to 2 years now that i have been attempting to recuperate my salary from Logic. I fear Logic Corporation may attempt to file Bankruptcy which would mean , that we are out of luck. Logic Corporation has caused my credit score to drop due not being able to keep up with bills. I have lost my Home and others as well. I urge all victims to Legal action against Logic Corporation, it is unfair the immorality they are doing to us. I don't know how anyone can write anything positive about this Agency. I suspect it is their employees or the CEO even which wouldn't surprise me at one bit.
