Pros

1. Company has few clowns who keep entertaining the employees regularly with their unrealistic project ideas. 2.Salary can be credited any day of the month. If it is getting delayed by few months you need not get surprised as you will be having no other option than to wait for your arrears to get credited. 3. Increments motivate you to switch your job every year. 4. Top level management know easy ways of making money by taking advantage of notice period and bond. 5.The line you will get to hear from every manager is that their employees are of no use to the company. But you will never get to listen such lines about any manager from their super bosses. 6.Every day you can enjoy the blame game played by these so called IIT grads. 7. Discrimination on the basis of colleges studied is very normal so you will be treated like a liability to the company,even if you have amazing technical skills.

Cons

1. Few bright employees have been lured of fancy show off of the company. 2.Employees realize their fate only after spending considerable time here. 3. While most of the great leaders have already left the company, few are still waiting to die serving this company.

Pros

• Company had a great culture and work environment under the leadership of CEO Sanjeev Kumar • Employees were valued and well taken care of during previous management • Good learning opportunities and career growth were available • Team collaboration and work-life balance was healthy • Management was approachable and employee-friendly under earlier leadership

Cons

• Since the change in leadership with new CEO Sunil Kar taking charge, the company culture has drastically changed • Mass layoffs were carried out without proper communication or support to affected employees • Employee benefits have been significantly reduced or completely removed • Good and experienced employees are constantly leaving the organization • High attrition rate — talented people are resigning due to poor management decisions • Employee morale is at an all-time low with no clarity on company direction • No job security for existing employees • Management lacks transparency and employee-centric approach
