Pros

NONE as of now, but It used to be a good company till 2019.

Cons

1. this is basically a FPGA domain company. Software Engineers are just puppets for FPGA guys to accomplish their projects. FPGA guys are good because they only work on their existing technology. so just bug fixing and little improvisation kind of things are there to be done. 2. almost all good technical software persons have already left company. 3. very bad behavior towards Software Guys from FPGA side. 4. FPGA Guys take months and months to do their work and expect software guys to do their work in 1 hour. otherwise complain will go to project mangers. 5. Existing software senior persons afraid of working latest technology and push their work towards junior persons. they only want to work on their existing expertise. but they have forgotten that Software is the fastest Technical domain. 6. Terrible salary breakup(too much difference between inhand and CTC.) . 7. Increment will motivate you to switch job ASAP. 8. there is no future for software employees. they can be thrown out after use. 9. very less promotion in Software department. Very Few project managers from software side.

Pros

• Company had a great culture and work environment under the leadership of CEO Sanjeev Kumar • Employees were valued and well taken care of during previous management • Good learning opportunities and career growth were available • Team collaboration and work-life balance was healthy • Management was approachable and employee-friendly under earlier leadership

Cons

• Since the change in leadership with new CEO Sunil Kar taking charge, the company culture has drastically changed • Mass layoffs were carried out without proper communication or support to affected employees • Employee benefits have been significantly reduced or completely removed • Good and experienced employees are constantly leaving the organization • High attrition rate — talented people are resigning due to poor management decisions • Employee morale is at an all-time low with no clarity on company direction • No job security for existing employees • Management lacks transparency and employee-centric approach
