      A lot of favoritism. Bobbie (GM) has her favorites and protects them at all cost, causing a horrible company culture. I have worked in staffing before but this job felt like a sales job.

      Excellent communication. Rather generous pay, good support.

      I think there are quite a few changes happening with the management structure so there seems to be a bit of a loss of clarity as to what is going on in the structure above. But all things rather unrelated to the work I'm doing with them.
