Very bad Experience - Test Engineer LogicRain Technologies Employee Review

Worked at Logicrain Technologies for 1.5 years. The work environment felt toxic—heavy micromanagement, unclear hierarchy, and poor team management. Communication is weak and approvals are required for everything, which makes it hard to do your job. Expectations around timings, holidays, and HR policy were not clear or consistent. I would not recommend this to new joiners.
