Pros
You will learn lots of new things as work load is more as they have many small projects.
Cons
1. Company will consider you like slaves 2. Many times you have to do 10-12 hours job 3. You will get average appraisal even if you have done overtime job or great work 4. Company politics is very much 5. Top management changes the rule frequently, don't expect good sides :) 6. Projects are not of long duration, in a week you have to work on 3-5 projects strange but true. 7. All sites are block, mobile is not allowed, if you talk to colleges they will notice such small things also, strickt on timings, after appraisal you cant leave the company for 5 months. (After 3 months your resign will be accepted and 2 months notice period time) 8. Not good work environment at all.
