When I showed interest in working in operations, I was provided with guidance and training that has led me to obtain my current full-time role. • Opportunities for personal growth: LogicSpree's President is very active in the community, especially in functions that focus on bridging the technological gap in underserved communities. • Company prioritizes work-life balance: Leadership is very respectful of personal time (and holidays). There are no unreasonable work assignments with unreachable deadlines. • Remote work with competitive salary and benefits

Cons

If you're someone who struggles in connecting with other people through computers, then you may not like that the company is fully remote. For those who love face-to-face interactions, our team does event sponsorships and participation. Those will be the likely situations you'll be able to meet some of our team members in person if you choose to attend.

Pros

One of the best places I have ever worked in my professional career. The environment speaks to company founder's leadership abilities. This is the first opportunity where I've had a much more diverse working experience with external clients. The compensation is at market value and I've never felt under appreciated.

Pros

1. client management principles are adhered to closely here: I always feel empowered to do what is right, be transparent, and ensure we make realistic commitments to the clients LogicSpree has taken on 2. team support and guidance: leadership has my back and can be reached immediately with any issues, providing immediate support where it is needed (especially in the inevitable fires that can come with IT consulting) - to this end, expectations are also clear in regards to avoiding burnout or stretching yourself to thin in terms of where you can commit time 3. valued as an asset in the organization: even as a contractor, I feel that I am valued deeply in participating in the growth of the organization + have been given the opportunity to earn a high level of trust in terms of managing clients and work 4. competitively compensated: LogicSpree understands what it means to fairly compensate Salesforce talent, meeting or exceeding what is the norm in the market

Cons

As a startup, there are still some org-wide processes being stood-up but this can also be a pro as there is a high level of engagement on hearing from staff how we improve existing processes or stand-up more industry standard ones
