Pros

*Environment and vibe is incredible *This company truly cares about their employees and making sure they are happy at their job. *You get meaningful interactions with your management team. Not just your immediate manager, but the upper management as well takes an interest in all of the employees and has an open door policy in talking to you about your successes and struggles. *I personally had a difficult personal situation to deal with, and the love, support, care, and flexibility they showed me made things incredibly manageable for me on a personal level. They also provided a number of resources for my situation which was truly a blessing.

Cons

*This job is truly what you make of it. If you are looking to show up and just make enough dials to get through the day and make 12 dollars an hour this job is not for you. *Personally I think the cons are all mental blocks that people put up on them selves. This job provides every resource possible to make you successful, but this job is not for everyone.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
