      Pros

      Really solid company. They do so many things right, employees are valued management is readily available and they have snacks. Sales is sales and if you don't know the grind that sales is then you should evaluate yourself before falling in love with the positive reviews, this is still a job it just happens to be a really really fun job. Great coworkers and work environment.

      Cons

      Snack game in Austin is not as good as it could be. People aren't always happy that you're cold calling them.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
