      Pros

      There are so many opportunities available for the employees since it's a growing company. If you work hard and want to succeed, you will be rewarded. The culture is great as well. Everyone is friendly and wants to make sure you succeed.

      Cons

      With the rapid growth in the company, there are some positions that might not have as much experience as they should. However, many employees in those positions have stepped up and grown quickly to be successful.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
