Pros

A decent place to start a career, but not a place to grow. Option to be fully remote

Cons

No bonuses, no standards for promotions, and awful pay that they justify with "good company culture" and the occasional office lunch. Men are heavily favored so if you have a Y chromosome you'll be better off; sport two Xs and you'll never be a part of the special club or inner circle. Promotions are given unfairly and some people in leadership positions don't deserve to be where they are.

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
