Pros

Great internal infrastructure, give you literally everything you need to be successful in the role... you can learn alot in a short period. Clear path for growth. Excellent peer training, great peers to learn from.

Cons

Honestly not much, the Sales directors and managers are all a bit weird though and there seems like something is off about alot of them. Also there is the sense that they want you to fail if they don't like you, but on the other hand will help you if you force it on them / proactively reach out to them for help. again honestly nothing really wrong, there is always just a weird feeling around the culture of the company. If you are looking for work-life balance with a lesser aggressive commission but more relaxed KPI's and quotos, this is a good place. If you are hungry and thrive in high-stress high-pay environments, would probably look elsewhere. Of course you could always go above and beyond what they are asking you to do and turn it into that role but the culture brings you down and almost frowns upon that.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
