Pros

- You get to work from home.

Cons

- Logical Position currently pays their SEO Analysts $16,000 less than the national average. The information is right here on Glassdoor. - Logical Position demands a crazy workload to go along with this low pay. This, combined with the low salaries has lead to lots of turnover within the Analysts group. - Management within the SEO department seems to have no idea what they're doing. They are great at micromanaging and constantly moving goal posts though. - There is no growth opportunity within the company. Sure, you can move to a different role, but is it worth only $2,000 more per year? Probably not considering that same role is likely $15,000+ below the national average for that position with a larger workload expected. - The "amazing culture" is just a front. The company does not really care about their employees. If they did they would pay them more.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
