One of the colleague was down with Covid but company paid his entire salary no deductions. 5. Sagar is driving force and very inclusive in his work style, 6. Open discussions about success and failures 7. Good opportunities for members who want to learn new things.
Cons
1. We need to have processes and standard in place. 2. We shouldnt have dependency on one or two people. 3. Quality of development could improve. 4. Would something like ISO or similar process certificate help ?
