Pros
Good work life balance and culture and is getting better. Good training with 4 days a month allocated to training capabilities. Salary in Mid-High, but could be better
Cons
Can be a little bit silo'd so you have to know who is who to get things moving sometimes. Are starting to want more and more days in office (set days means its really busy on those days).
