Pros
Pay was OK. The people and customers were good to work with. I learned much of application development and implementation, which included WEB based apps. But this is where it starts and stops.
Cons
A culture of every man for him/her self. No communications, no resources from upper managment to bring issues to closure. A culture of expected OT, with no notation or oporutnity for comany compensation. All of this translated to mistrust, loss of motivation, loss of restpect of managment, and a dimenished sense of morals, ethics, which results in poor morale.
