- If you want to get into the public cloud scene, Logicworks is the place to be whether it be just starting out in the industry or you've been in the space and is looking for more exposure into the business and account management aspect. - You're exposed to multiple client's environments in a deployment or operations standpoint - No dress code whatsoever - Choice between multiple Healthcare packages based on needs - Work/Life balance is THE BEST (even compared to friends in the tech industry). - Depending on your role, you probably can wfh 2~3 days out of the week just because.. - Great location just off the E train in Soho with Trader Joe's next door - Good people who are always down for happy hour.
Cons
- Salary might be under industry standards depending on role - Small tech company means people wearing many hats (only a con if you're not into that) - Not everything is well documented due to the constant changes within the industry so you'll be forced to be more proactive - Business is good but Logicworks finds it hard to staff up to support the business which means more work - Ventilation in restrooms
