Salary on time. Working environment is really good, supportive seniors, colleagues and TLs. Own building and infrastructure is far good. Friday fun. Professionalism in work. Work pressure is very low. Negligible Good for ladies, ontime leave 7pm Leave policies are good

Lets go through various departments : Data Mining : You'll learn the things within a month and after that you'll learn nothing. You'll surely regret after joining in this department. No usage of new technologies in data mining. Using outdated techniques. I'll suggest freshers and experienced both never join in this department. Join if you want to earn the experience letter. Development : Better compared to data mining. This department only belong to freshers, lots of things to explore. Experienced people will regret after joining it, you'll learn nothing, your skillset will become 0. Nothing for development, only maintenance. Testing : Only manual testing. High school student can also do the same thing that our testers do. Mobile development: Good for freshers and experienced both only if you are multi talented. You'll never get the projects which can get completed with the skills you have. You'll get the projects which need to be completed within 8 hrs. Management : Worst policies.

1-Only one pros is that salary comes in time except March and april. 2-For fun Friday but only last Friday of month.

1-If you want to leave early in notice period before completion of your notice period,they are followed Government policy to go to HR then manager (Who have no knowledge about PR skills),then go to TL,This process continue until you cannot complete 20 rounds ,then they tell ok now it may be possible and we maybe released before completion of your notice period. 2-You cannot open any news and other link on google else you should captured by there internal use software and after that you should give a genuine region why you should open this 3-You cannot update your self with latest technology bcz they don`t allow to open any link beyond your work. 4-You cannot enter with your smartphone in your working area . 5-After all the main thing is they are giving dinner package in night sift employee ,You can eat it what ever they will provide you either it is nasty or testy....
