      Management are very flexible and understanding. They reply to emails/messages quick. Communicative and have employers' best interests at heart

      Lower pay compared to similar roles in education / alternate provisions

      Pros

      I have yet to find anything good about Logiscool.

      Cons

      They treat franchisees as employees and not in a good way rather than as partners. Marketing has no imagination. They use stock photos Website is HORRIBLE! They reject all input from franchisees. Onboarding of new franchisees is slow and HORRIBLE! CEO only hires people who agree with her and it shows poorly throughout the organization. Only a few countries are successful.
