Great company with a solid product but management needs improvement - Software Engineer Logiscool Employee Review

I have yet to find anything good about Logiscool.

They treat franchisees as employees and not in a good way rather than as partners. Marketing has no imagination. They use stock photos Website is HORRIBLE! They reject all input from franchisees. Onboarding of new franchisees is slow and HORRIBLE! CEO only hires people who agree with her and it shows poorly throughout the organization. Only a few countries are successful.
