Incompetent management, randomly chosen people from the street, toxic environment, waiting till last moment to prevent something and then management goes into crisis management mode, technology which nobody understands, if you want to be a monkey making hour not respected by operators due to lack of competence then good luck. Poor management and leading skills, nany boys raised by mothers, no brains, no skills, no ambitions. Exotic shift pattern. Job not for technical brains.. more for pretenders with basic lego technic skills, totall avarage people arround with no ambitions..mostly red heads
