Bad Management/ No Culture - Analyst Logistics Property Employee Review

Worst company I have ever worked for. From the management level, it is bad. HR is on Facebook during work hours, and the talent acquisition person is on Instagram and Facebook. Managers don’t even know the work and how to explain it, especially on the finance side. The directors and managers are there to catch errors. You can do whatever you know without enough review when they are all on their phones. Favoritism to promote. No culture at all; avoid at all costs. They overpaid vendors every time especially the finance department, they recruit their friends without conducting proper interviews.
