Pros
Salary is very competitive nice office atmosphere decent benefits Being able to work in the channel is cool managers are willing to help you
Cons
Yeesh.... hate to be that guy but here goes... *drinks water* CRM nightmare. Company purchased a billing CRM and expects sales to use it. Very clunky and just a mess. Most older reps pay the younger ones to fill orders- you read that right... Management was let go or moved on and never back filled. Higher ups expected 1 manager to handle several teams and it was to much for the guy! Training is mediocre at best and the expectation to sell a product that you know little about is absurd. Old school phone banging atmosphere. Micromanage you with a dialer and put you on blast if you didn't "make those calls" Good ole boy club. The reps that are friends with the managers get the good leads. inside sales doesn't qualify anything so most "leads" are a waste of time and energy. Training is severely lacking... did I mention that? your provisioning team and install time frame is not good, even in a LIT BUILDING Lastly, diversity in this business is lacking.
