Pros
LogoNation is a very great company to work for. I have been with the company almost 6 months now and I could not ask for a better company to be with. This was my first job after graduating college. LogoNation has time and time again wowed me with the opportunities and support given to their community account managers. Although you are out in the field alone most days, the support of my manager makes me feel like I am not alone at all. She is always their to give me new and fresh ideas on how to approach a new town or business. And she is always encouraging and pushing me to hit that next commission level. The income potential with LogoNation has no ceiling. The amount of incentives LogoNation provides is amazing. I have hit commission every single month I have been with the company and won numerous incentives. Hitting the quota and commission levels set up by LogoNation are very achievable as long as you are willing to put in the time and effort to research the towns you are working and practice the sales presentation.
Cons
There are not many downsides to working for LogoNation. The only downside would be the amount of driving (which you would do in any sales job). Although there is a lot of driving involved with this job, LogoNation pays for all gas and gives you a monthly car allowance. These benefits makes the downside of driving almost nonexistent.
