Very friendly, cozy and creative environment. Very high quality contents (community management/training dept/ events) and deliveries (design dept) Very one of a kind company which combines cross departments expertise, with a strong focus on service design. Internal training courses.

Great place to start but no structured growth plan. Low salaries and no additional benefits. Scheduling and worklife balance not always balanced with income, especially at a senior manager level

The work environment is stimulating, with young colleagues and many different professions who work together on multiple projects. A plus point is definitely the young and informal climate, perfect for starting a working career.

There is a tendency to give too much importance to "American" style initiatives (workshops, kickoffs, continuous parties ... often outside working hours) that employees don't like so much. Shy people can find it hard to integrate themselves into this "party-like" climate where they are often noticed more for their ability to be among others at the center of attention than for actual work skills. Moreover, these initiatives entail costs, which could be reduced, especially in times of crisis rather than dismiss employees. The salary is low compared to the average.
