Pros
The bonus can be good. Customers are friendly Lovely people in team
Cons
The basic pay is OK but the company rely on the bonus. They are forever pushing sales and reminding you about your bonus. If you have a month where the bonus is bad you really notice it as the basic pay isn't great. It's 60p over min wage. There are no other perks so you get the basic holiday entitlement and a bog standard pension. They should be providing some sort of mental health support ,as most companies do but they don't. You get staff discount on a unit for 6 months and can't even extend that to family. For a hugely successful and young company they really need to put more into their staff as they're seriously behind other companies. The manager of the store has no authority and can't even authorise staff holiday yet they are paid a lot more than a customer service advisor and get 35% of the monthly bonus. If you go off sick there is no cover so it makes you stress about your team having to cover your shifts. The buildings are cheaply made so there are always leaks but they never get them repaired instead they build more and more properties. Staff welfare is non existent. They don't support disabled staff and basically you have to fight for your rights including a legal hse desk assessment.
