- flexible work schedule - great people all around - a great deal of focus on improvement and learning new tech - great compensation and benefits - nice office downtown, close to a bunch of places of interest - freedom to chose whether to work from home or go to the office

This might not affect everyone but I just couldn't figure out how to get the coffee machine at the office to work.

A good place to start a career, generally interesting projects. most suited for entry-level jobs

Bullies never die & Lola Tech doesn't do very well at stopping them. Nothing destroys a good employee faster than seeing the company tolerate a bad one.
