Great company - Marketing London Capital Group Employee Review

The specific center I work for is one of the best centers although it has its pros and cons. A pro is that the majority of the children are great.

Management, however, is not the best across the board

Working at London Capital Group had very few positives. The only real advantage was the colleagues, as there were some good people trying to make the best of a difficult environment.

Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed any benefits. Management lacked clear direction and communication was poor, with decisions often changing at the last minute. Career progression was limited, and employees were given little support or recognition for their efforts. Workloads could be excessive, while resources and staffing were often inadequate. The company culture felt reactive rather than proactive, with constant pressure but little long-term planning. Staff morale was generally low, and there was a noticeable lack of investment in employee development and retention. Promises of improvements rarely materialised, leading to frustration and high turnover.
