9yAt LCS we value our employees and work hard to create a culture that allows each of them to thrive. However, like any other company we do have deadlines. Our Software Developers create their own estimates including setting their own schedules and deadlines for each project. Our Agile software development process allows Developers to have the flexibility they need, while working collaboratively to meet product deadlines that they have defined. Software Developers at LCS seem to enjoy this process, in fact, the turnover rate in our Development department is currently at 5.61%, significantly below industry average.
We absolutely do not tolerate ridiculing of any kind and we have policies in place to prevent this. Our President and CEO reinforces the importance of treating all employees, customers and interview candidates with respect. This is one of the many reasons we have been voted one of the Best Places to Work in Cincinnati for the last 5 years. If you witnessed anything other than this, we wish you would have reported it to the Human Resources department so that it could have been addressed appropriately.
