We review employee compensation on a regular basis to make sure we are competitive compared to market rates in the Cincinnati area and we make market adjustments on a regular basis. Our turnover rate is also significantly lower than industry average for tech companies like ours. In fact, what we find is that many of the people who do end up leaving LCS come back after experiencing other work environments. We rehired 18 former employees just this year!
