Pros
London Designer Outlet (LDO) is nearly 5 years old but feels like a hungry start-up. People are empowered and are allowed to quickly run with ideas. It's a happy place with a can-do attitude and with some old hands happy to share knowledge with the (young) rest of the team.
Cons
Ownership is complicated and the owners always look to make a profit from selling. Also, it's managed by a third party company and owned by a different company (which is then owned by yet another company) so outside of LDO decision-making can be political and a bit slow but not as bad as some other places.
