Internal conflicts of the sister companies makes roles difficult. Beware that staff are not privvy to current client list so when trying to grow new contacts one must be very savvy to the fact that one will be embarrassed by trying to sell to existing clients without any knowledge or forwarning
No structure/ no support/ customer service dumped with poor support from their manager/ and the liaisons. Everyone likes to pass the buck on responsibility to customers.
