Pros
Nice co-workers. Opportunity to learn from each department because you're expected to do the jobs of at least three people at all times.
Cons
People in charge never wanted to foresee future problems and would say "no one could have seen this coming" when a problem you pointed out months ago played out. No one is paid what they're worth and everyone is overworked. Also, they hire based on who they know not who can actually do the job. No opportunity for advancement unless someone higher up leaves.
