I started thinking and I still am after all those years but nope.

A founder who lives in a castle in UK recruiting ppl from TR for ridiculous amounts and playing three monkies whenever sb speaks up about a problem. While making GBP, paying his employees TRY without any transparency policy. Him playing the good cop while his pawns play the bad cop who have no power whatsoever and are on a muppet show. A real Turkish-style one-man company that just tricks people with great interviews/lies and traps them with silly employment agreements. The department heads who can not even speak B1 English in a so-called UK-based company that is dealing with native speakers all day which is sad and funny at the same time. A place where you are always on pins and needles, literally imprisonment. A manager/founder who backbites all the time and loves to gossip with his employees to find out who is an enemy and who is a potential pawn. A place that never supports sb who decides to leave and makes sure you can not work in the same industry for a long time. Worst B2C experience for many and the average tenure rates for the new starters shows it all. Losing a slave is expensive these days and mobbing is not a dream at Longevita it is a living fact.

As its a health related sector, being reachable even after working hours is important. However, it doesn't affect your life routine at all.
