Drivers are not respected by corporate or dispatchers. TERRIBLE HR department! Employees are able to make uncomfortable work environments among other staff without any consequence or disciplinary action. Black staff are also targeted. Would not suggest anyone who’s young and thriving to work here. This is for older people who are okay with racism.
