While the overall experience is great, there might be areas where further improvements can be made, such as expanding employee benefits and organizing more interactive training sessions. Additionally, incorporating flexible work arrangements could enhance work-life balance for employees.

Currently working as Intern so here teammates are very supportive. The CEO and Founder Shubham sir is very supportive and encourage us to achieve daily task. If we are looking to start our career, then Longswitch is best because here we learned to be in disciplined with work and complete work with estimations. Here there is friendly environment. I have good experience.
