Great people, great work/life balance. New York location superb. Offices in Quebec City are right in downtown and there's a good vibe there. The new studio in Halifax seems to still be building up. I gained a great foundation for what it takes to build a game from the ground up here. Lots of flexibility and the disorganization allows you to wear many hats if you like. Much less structured than a typical game studio.

Hard to get inspired by products. Difficult to get behind amorphous (or non-existant) company mission.
