No communication across departments, in teams. Anything that is communicated is aggressive, rude, disrespectful or not related to what was needed or asked. Racism is abundant here. If you aren't Chinese you won't be spoken to, trusted, liked, no opportunities. Incompetence amongst partners, managers and directors. Each partner treats the business as their own, meaning there is no consistent direction, you are literally being pulled every direction. No praise, appreciation or gratitude. No flexibility even though they state they have flexible working arrangements. No company policies, no workers compensation policies, no business plan. Everything at this company and all the other entities is shady.
