Pros
It was a fantastic place to work - hopefully it can be again. There are still amazing, hardworking, knowledgeable and caring people working at Lonsec to make it a great place to work so I would not be put off by the comments. Apply for the job, meet the people and judge for yourself. Lonsec has launched hundreds of fantastic careers.
Cons
The CEO who was at the centre of many of the previous comments has now departed. He had his good points but people management and communication was certainly not two of them. There is hope that the new management can learn from the mistakes of the past and respect and value the contribution of their staff.
